Job Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an empathetic, experienced and compassionate leader. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership, coaching and development to a team of dedicated support workers. You will also be responsible for the medication on the household, ensuring accurate records are kept and that customers' plans are up to date. You will need to be excellent at planning both your time and team while remaining supportive to people's individual needs.
This is a fantastic role for someone who really cares about health and well-being in the later years of life. The right person will be an exceptional role model and will have an NVQ level 3 in Care (or be working toward it); experience in a dementia care setting is preferred.

Rate of pay for this role is £14.60 per hour.
This role is for 32.5 hours per week.
