Overview
Our stores are the life and soul of our business. As Assistant Store Manager, you will lead by example, uphold our brand values, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and profitability.
Responsibilities
* Lead store teams to generate sales, profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience while maintaining visual standards.
* Identify growth opportunities and improve performance through collaboration.
* Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room.
* Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication.
* Partner with store management to achieve company standards and objectives.
* Focus staff on building quality relationships with customers and drive repeat business.
* Conduct daily/weekly store walkthroughs and evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels and inventory.
* Communicate sales drivers and challenges to the Store Manager and develop strategies to maximize business.
* Analyze store level reports and create action plans to improve results.
* Assist with recruitment, interview and hiring processes to build a strong team.
* Build bench strength for key positions, including successors.
* Participate in weekly management meetings and staff meetings.
* Communicate sales goals and key performance expectations to staff and provide guidance.
* Deliver exceptional customer journeys and achieve mystery shop results.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
* Prior people‑management experience and conflict resolution skills.
* Effective communicator who cultivates belonging.
* Collaborative, recognizes and celebrates others’ contributions.
* Courageous in giving constructive feedback.
