Location: Long Hanborough, Oxfordshire
Job Type: Part-Time (26-30 hours p/wk) - Hybrid
Salary: £34,000–£38,000 FTE (pro rata for 70–80% hours)
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on and commercially driven Ecommerce Executive to support the growth of our newly launched Shopify store, alongside Amazon, Etsy and NOTHS. Working in a small team, this is a fast‑paced, varied role combining trading, content, and performance marketing to drive traffic, improve conversion, and grow revenue.
Joining an employee‑owned business on an exciting growth journey, you’ll play a key role in scaling our direct‑to‑consumer channel, while also supporting marketplace performance. With a strong focus on Shopify, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day execution, from on‑site optimisation and campaigns to performance marketing and reporting.
About You
You’re proactive, detail‑oriented, and commercially minded, with at least 3 years’ experience in Shopify and digital marketing. You’re confident working across PPC, paid social, content, and ecommerce operations, and enjoy getting stuck into both the data and creative sides of the role.
You take ownership, work well independently, and are always looking for ways to optimise performance and drive growth. With a strong analytical mindset and a creative eye, you’re comfortable using insights to inform decisions and improve results across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and optimise the Shopify store (products, content, UX, performance)
* Drive traffic and sales through campaigns, email, social, and influencers
* Support and optimise paid media & PPC (Shopify, Amazon UK/EU & NA)
* Maintain and improve product listings, imagery, and brand content
* Monitor inventory, promotions, and product launches
* Track performance using analytics tools and provide insights/reporting
* Support marketplace activity (Amazon, Etsy, NOTHS) including reporting and updates
