They support in-store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, in-store parent-to-be events, and guide customers along their parenting journey to create magical moments when purchasing items for babies’ first milestones.
The Role
Sales Assistant / Consultant roles are ambassadors of these moments and the heart of our business. At Mamas & Papas we are expanding our family and seeking SALES ASSISTANT(S) to be based at our Mamas & Papas Ipswich store.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and product guidance to help customers with decisions on prams, cots, baby changing tables and outfits.
* Support in-store experiences and events and contribute to a positive shopping environment.
* Work a 16-hour week across 2 days, including either Saturdays, Sundays or both, with shift patterns discussed on application.
