The Role As an Insolvency Administrator, you will be involved in the delivery of a varied corporate insolvency caseload, working closely with Managers and senior colleagues. Typical responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, and Compulsory Liquidations Assisting with case progression from appointment through to closure Preparing statutory documentation and reports for creditors and other stakeholders Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors, and other third parties Conducting investigations into company affairs and directors conduct Supporting senior team members on more complex assignments where required The role can be tailored depending on experience, with scope to take on greater responsibility as you develop. The Candidate The firm is keen to speak with candidates who have: Previous experience working within a UK insolvency practice Exposure to corporate insolvency procedures A strong understanding of insolvency legislation and compliance requirements Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive and professional approach to case management Those studying towards or considering professional qualifications (e.g. CPI, ACA, ACCA) will be fully supported.
