Job Overview
Melody Care, 140-142 Ash Road.
We are recruiting carers to work with vulnerable adults in their own homes.
Hours available: 7 am until 2 pm and 4 pm until 11 pm.
We offer guaranteed hour contracts of 10, 16, 25, or 35 hours per week. To qualify you will need to work at least one evening per week and some weekend hours.
We can employ those without care experience as our onboarding process includes training, work‑based learning, and ongoing, hands‑on support. All applicants must be a car driver with own car. We do not offer the certificate of sponsorship.

The Role
As a Carer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients in their own homes, providing high‑quality care and building strong relationships with clients, their families, and our team. You’ll be supported by our experienced care management team to ensure your success and career growth.
Responsibilities
* Medication management.
* Meal preparation and nutrition.
* Shopping and appointments.
* Companionship.
* Light cleaning duties.
Qualifications
No prior care experience required; onboarding training is provided. Must be a qualified car driver with a personal vehicle. Good communication skills, compassion, reliability and a willingness to learn are essential.
Benefits and Conditions
Salary ranges from £12.60 to £13.65 per hour. Contract type: part‑time. Closing date: Thursday 11th December 2025.
