* Managing customer queries via email and phone with speed and empathy.
* Coordinating with the business to ensure timely resolutions to customer queries.
* Tracking works and pushing for completion within 28 days.
* Keeping systems updated and KPIs on point.
* Collaborating across departments to deliver seamless service.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
* A cool head when handling complaints and tricky situations.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills-Excel, Outlook, the works.
