Objective of Role
* Provide professional archiving services related to records and images within Nucleus, ensuring compliance with public records requirements for all stakeholders.
* Support the achievement of objectives in Restore Digital Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Information Security, and Environmental Management.
Key Role Responsibilities
* Maintain high safety and security awareness at all times.
* Ensure compliance with Information Security policies, including Nucleus and NDA guidelines.
* Perform high-speed, large-format, microfilm, microfiche, film, and book scanning.
* Handle information requests and retrievals, liaising with NDA, stakeholders, and the public via email, phone, or letter.
* Manage document and file storage records, accession new collections, and oversee document destruction and shredding processes.
* Input data into the Archive Management System and operate essential equipment responsibly.
* Support ISO9001:2015 and Nucleus Quality Management System requirements, including understanding ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance.
* Adhere to Health and Safety policies and legislation.
Additional Responsibilities
* Oversee bulk scanning, image and film requests, and digitization projects.
* Archive photographs, negatives, and films; create media formats for social media or internet use.
* Administer document reviews, legal compliance, and discovery processes per relevant legislation and guidelines.
* Create and analyze spreadsheets, locate missing files, and compile team data and statistics.
* Generate barcode labels, manage controlled documents, and uphold security and legal responsibilities as Atomic Liaison Officer.
