The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with a leading Further Education provider in South London, and we are building a bank of dedicated and qualified Multi Skills and Retrofit Lecturers to support future opportunities within the Construction department.
Role: Lecturer in Multi Skills / Retrofit
Location: South London
Pay rate: £30.00 to £37.87 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled professionals with a strong background in Multi Skills and Green Construction, who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and experience with the next generation of construction specialists.
Responsibilities
* Delivering and assessing high-quality learning programmes in Construction and Retrofit across a range of FE and apprenticeship levels
* Supporting learners through engaging, practical, and theory-based teaching
* Undertaking programme leadership, tutorial, and administrative duties
* Contributing to the ongoing development of innovative curriculum delivery
Requirements
* Industry-recognised qualification in Construction, Multi Skills, or Retrofit
* Post-16 teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve within an agreed timeframe)
* English and Maths qualifications at Level 2 or above (or willingness to gain them)
* Proven track record of professional or vocational expertise in the Construction sector
* Experience in FE teaching, training, or apprenticeship delivery is desirable
* Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
