This is not a corporate maintenance role.
This is a build, grow, and make an impact role.
You’ll work directly with senior leadership, taking ownership of sales growth across retail, wholesale, foodservice, and distributor channels.
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering the company’s growth strategy, including:
* Growing and managing key customer accounts
* Identifying and winning new business opportunities
* Driving revenue growth and improving margins
* Leading negotiations with buyers and customers
* Supporting product launches and new market opportunities
* Using data and insight to improve commercial performance
What We’re Looking For
* Proven commercial experience within FMCG or food manufacturing
* Strong background working with wholesale, retail, or foodservice customers
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Strong commercial and analytical mindset
* Confident presenting to buyers and senior stakeholders
* Highly motivated with a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude
