We are looking for an Operations Engineer to join our Christchurch, Dorset team!
As an Operations Engineer, you will bridge the gap between Production Engineering and Design Engineers. Your role involves addressing technical issues beyond the scope of our Production Engineers, with a focus on minimizing disruption to manufacturing or design processes. The position requires broad engineering skills, primarily in electronics, but also potentially mechanical.

Responsibilities
1. Proactively respond to technical issues to minimize production disruptions.
2. Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
3. Update system files and documentation.
4. Diagnose and fault-find various products.
Qualifications
1. Experience in electronics fault-finding and component-level repair.
2. Knowledge of digital, analogue, and microcontroller-based circuitry.
3. General engineering skills, with a focus on electronics and problem solving.
4. Structured and methodical approach to work.
5. Flexible and adaptable team player.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
7. Experience in avionics, aerospace, or highly regulated industries.
8. Ability to write clear, concise engineering reports.
