Role Overview
As a Showroom Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning and creating trust with customers to help them find the perfect bathroom solutions. Your role involves identifying sales opportunities, building rapport quickly, and exceeding customer expectations by providing expert guidance and fostering an inclusive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement and generating repeat business.
2. Manage the entire sales process, focusing on customer needs to help them achieve their ideal bathroom.
3. Collaborate with in-branch colleagues to cross-sell and strengthen relationships with trade customers.
4. Promote the showroom locally using creative marketing strategies to attract customers.
5. Continuously improve the showroom to surpass customer needs and expectations.
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous sales experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential—positive attitude is key.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales.
* Ability to develop customer relationships and interpret basic financial data.
* Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
* Resilience, tenacity, and a desire to grow new business.
