Trainee Mortgage Advisor
Location: Skipton
Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 per annum + progression + commission
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

We’re working exclusively with a respected independent financial services business looking for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join their team and grow into a fully qualified Advisor.
You’ll be working side by side with professionals, gaining real exposure from day one, not just shadowing, but actively learning the job as you go.
What You’ll Be Doing As Trainee Mortgage Advisor
* Supporting real mortgage cases from enquiry to completion
* Helping prepare applications, documents and client files
* Speaking with clients and lenders (yes, real conversations, not just background admin)
* Learning how mortgage advice actually works in practice
* Getting trained in regulations, compliance and products
* Building confidence to move into a full advisory role
* Working towards qualifications with full support
What We’re Looking For
* Someone switched on, curious and quick to learn
* Strong communicator who’s comfortable speaking with people
* Organised, detail focused and reliable
* A “get stuck in” mindset, not afraid to ask questions
* Ideally prior relevant industry exposure
* Interest in building a long term career (not just a job)
* CeMAP qualification/ interest is a bonus
