Salary: Up to £45,000 + benefits (with scope to increase after probation) Shift Pattern: Tuesday & Wednesday: 4:00am – 12:00pm Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 10:00pm – 6:00am This role requires someone comfortable operating across early mornings and night production, leading from the front and setting the tone for pace, quality and discipline on shift. *There is scope for this to change to a day shift after 12 months, once processes have been embedded.
