Salary & Compensation
Base salary of £30,000 plus commission. OTE of £55‑60,000+
Role Description
This full‑time, on‑site role is for a New Homes Sales Advisor based in Suffolk. The selected candidate will guide potential homebuyers through the home‑buying process, answer customer queries, conduct viewings and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, showcasing properties to prospective buyers and delivering professional advice on purchasing options and property features.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
* Customer service expertise with the ability to provide a seamless buying experience to homebuyers
* Proficiency in sales techniques and meeting defined targets
* Experience in delivering or participating in training sessions is a plus
* Proactive attitude, attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Previous experience in the new homes or real estate industry is beneficial
* Flexible to work weekends and adapt to varying schedules
