I am working with a well established Housing Assocation based in Newcastle who are looking for a Finance Operations Coordinator to join them on a full time and permanent basis. You'll work alongside the Senior Finance Business Partner and will be responsible for a variety of financial administrative duties. Description Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports Supporting the team in budgeting and forecasting activities Processing invoices and managing accounts receivable/payable Ensuring compliance with financial regulations Performing financial analysis to assist decision-making Contributing to annual audit processes Maintaining organised financial records Collaborating effectively with the Accounting & Finance team Profile The successful candidate will have: AAT qualification or working towards 18 months experience in a similar Finance role Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritise workload efficiently Experience of using accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential Job Offer Full time and permanent role Paying £27149 Hybrid working 37 hours per week Study support 25 days holiday plus bank holidays other benefits
