Hydraquip have market leading technology to support our team including our customer portal which allows customers to book and track their hydraulic hose replacement and services, with real time job status updates. With the continued success of our engineering department we have managed to secure long term contracts for which we need skilled engineers to be onsite at the customers premise to service the constant changing needs of this heavy industry environment. A day in the life of a Hydraulic Engineer You will be based on our customers site with a workshop, servicing, maintaining, adapting, planning and installing hydraulic equipment for specific works the customer want to achieve. Your role will include the mechanical maintenance and breakdown of hydraulics and pneumatics equipment, planned maintenance on a variety of machinery, carry out hydraulic pipe work bending and installation and to assist with fitting duties and to support engineers when and where necessary. Ideally suited to a Mechanical Field Service Engineer / Maintenance Engineer with an in-depth knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics Relevant apprenticeship or higher qualifications is preferred however experience and flexibility are key. You must hold a UK Driving Licence, ideally for a minimum of 2 years. You will be a self-motivated person, who is punctual and reliable and takes pride in always delivering the highest levels of service. What’s in it for you?
