Extra Recruitment are currently looking for a Toolroom Operative in the Oldbury area. Responsibilities of a Toolroom Operative: * Operate Toolroom equipment to a high standard * Experienced in CNC Turning * Experience with manual lathe work and general Toolroom machining methods * Operate a Forklift Truck and Overhead Crane to assist with daily duties whilst also enabling tooling to be delivered to production training will be provided * Liaise with contractors/suppliers where required and when additional support is needed, including agreeing timescales and costs » Maintain awareness and ensure full compliance with Health and Safety legislation, housekeeping standards and Company rules and procedures * Follow verbal or written instructions and work to set out procedures * Seek continuous improvement related to the business KPI’s and as part of the team, contribute towards improved performance and the overall improvement of the business Details of a Toolroom Operative: * Salary - £32,588.53 Per Annum * Hours - Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.00pm with half hour lunch break each day and 7.30am to 12.30pm on Friday, 37 hours in total * Company pension scheme * health cash plan * life assurance * 33 days holiday (including statutory days)...
