Are you a seasoned Independent Financial Advisor ready to take the next step in your career?
We are currently hiring for an independent, boutique firm with a strong reputation for delivering bespoke financial solutions to high net worth (HNW) clients. Their investment arm is growing, and they are looking for a talented advisor to join and take over a prestigious client book.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manage and nurture an existing portfolio of HNW clients with over £45 million funds under management
* Work closely with the Investment Manager to deliver tailored investment strategies
* Build long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and trust
* Identify opportunities to grow the client base and contribute to the firm’s expansion
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Financial Advisor, ideally with HNW client exposure
* Strong understanding of investment products and financial planning
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Ambition to grow within a dynamic, client-focused environment
What We Offer:
* Competitive base salary of £65,000–£75,000
* Bonus of up to 10%, with a potential commission structure for direct business development/selling
* Direct access to the investment team and decision-makers

* Hybrid working model – 3 days per week in either Leatherhead or London office
