As Guest Relations Assistant what you’ll be doing
* Working a variety of weekend and weekday shifts you will be the personality our guests experience on arrival and
departure
* Take care of the finer detail with check ins, check outs,
preparing bills and taking payments
* Show our guests we care throughout their stay by answering
queries and resolving issues
* Show off your knowledge of our hotel and all it has to offer
so you can help our guests and perhaps offer a little upsell too
* Take care of the admin – When you’re not face to face with our
guests you’ll be on the phone, emails or doing other computer-based work
