Role – We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to lead solution design, configuration, and delivery across key Oracle Fusion Financials modules. You will combine functional expertise and technical understanding to support implementations, enhancements, integrations, and ongoing operations within the Finance domain. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex financial processes, drive best-practice adoption, and partner with stakeholders across IT and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide functional leadership across Oracle Fusion Financial modules, guiding project teams and stakeholders.
* Design, configure, and customise Oracle Fusion Financials to meet detailed business requirements.
* Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and other solution artefacts.
* Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, reporting, and customisations.
* Manage tasks and deliverables across project phases, ensuring timelines and quality targets are met.
* Lead testing activities, including scenario creation, validation, and defect resolution.
* Provide post-go-live support and enhancements within Finance processes.
Key Skills:
* Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
* Strong functional knowledge across GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets.
* Proficiency in Oracle Fusion configuration, setup, and workflow alignment with business processes.
* Ability to troubleshoot, test, and validate configuration for accuracy, controls, and compliance.
* Awareness of Oracle Fusion updates, patches, and feature releases.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
