Starrycare is excited to announce a brand-new opportunity with a valued client in Weymouth for experienced Female Domiciliary Care Workers (Drivers Required). We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and experienced care staff who are looking for regular hours with the potential for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive service offering full training, uniforms, and a company car for daily use.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes
* Assist with daily living tasks including medication support, meal preparation, and mobility
* Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
* Maintain accurate care records
* Travel between service users’ homes within the local area
* Work collaboratively with the care team and management
Requirements
1. Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – desirable
2. Care Certificate – desirable
3. Previous experience in Domiciliary/Home Care – essential
4. Female applicants only (genuine occupational requirement)
5. Valid UK driving licence – essential
6. Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. Flexible to work evenings and weekends
