About The Role
Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager
* Infrastructure Sector
* All levels - Assistant, Project, Senior and Associate Director
* Locations: London, Birmingham, Nottingham, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, UK Wide (Mixture of local office, home and client sites)
* Full time - with flexible working and core hours
* Permanent position

Our Infrastructure team, comprising around 170 staff, works across sectors such as Rail, Highways, Utilities, Aviation, and Ports, serving clients like HS2, Network Rail, and Heathrow. We focus on providing Programme Management, Cost Management, and Project Controls services.
In this role, you will provide pre- and post-contract commercial management advice, including:
* Strategic review of commercial models and contracts
* Contract administration
* Reviewing and advising on contractual impacts, changes, and works information
* Adjudicating and advising on Compensation Events
* Managing Change and Risk through EWN’s and CE’s
* Approval of key Subcontracts and project reports
* Reviewing procurement strategies and supply chain matters
* Processing Applications for Payment
* Leading Commercial/Contract meetings
About You
Ideal candidates will be HNC, HND, or Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines, with professional memberships (RICS, CIOB, CICES, CIPS) preferred. Relevant UK infrastructure sector experience and familiarity with NEC3/4 contracts are essential. A passion for infrastructure, sustainability, and excellent communication skills are also important.
