Job Description:
We are seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative fluent in French for a leading Technology Vendor. The role offers hybrid working with 2 days a week from central London.
Responsibilities include:
1. Cold outreach to new prospects via channels like LinkedIn, calls, and emails.
2. Investigate customer problems and identify opportunities for Account Executives.
3. Work closely with Account Executives to refine messaging and outbound strategies.
4. Identify trends from prospective customers to share with relevant teams.
5. Track and log all sales activity on Salesforce and other tools.
6. Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and KPIs.
Requirements:
* Native French speaker and fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Self-starter with a successful track record.
* Hunter profile, working with AEs to develop leads and sell products.
* Adaptability to a changing environment; flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods.
* Ideally 1-2 years in business development or lead generation, preferably in SaaS/enterprise/cybersecurity sectors, though not essential.
* Strong cold calling skills and excellent communication abilities.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Creative, high sense of urgency, sincere, hungry to succeed, and eager to grow with the business.
