Simpler Law is one of the largest law firms specialising in end-of-life planning in the U.K.
Our purpose at Simpler Law is to ensure that everyone has affordable end of life planning in place. Currently over 60% of the UK population does not have a Will and of those that do, a number of them are invalid or out of date.
Due to the continued growth of our company, we are recruiting a sales specialist to work in our contact centre on Doddington Road, Lincoln. You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
NO LEGAL EXPERIENCE NECESSARY AS FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED.
We have over 200,000 satisfied clients across the UK. Your role will be to maintain relationships with existing clients and also to establish and build new relationships as new clients sign up to our services.
As part of that relationship, we need not only to maintain accurate records, but also be able to spot and recommended gaps in our client's current estate planning arrangements, to ensure that they receive the very best service and advice possible.
Career Progression.
All training is provided in an initial training course and on an ongoing basis. After 12 months, further opportunities are available to progress into professional roles with industry recognised qualifications within the legal sector and/or management, as we only promote from within.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in dealing in a customer focused sales environment.
Able to access a database.
Can build rapport with clients.
Can help clients make informed decisions.
This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Benefits
· Basic Salary of £26,000 – £36,000 p.a. depending on experience
· Additional bonus scheme – realistic OTE of £49,920 - £69,880 p.a.
· Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week, typically 9.00am to 5.30pm
· 28 days annual holiday (inc. Bank Holidays) increasing with length of service
