What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and managing the Estates team, including direct reports.
* Overseeing leases, licences, valuations, and legal matters.
* Managing built assets and infrastructure across the estate.
* Supporting business planning, budgeting, and income generation.
* Liaising with stakeholders including The Verderers of the New Forest.
* Contributing to national projects like Forest Holidays and Forestry England’s Energy Strategy.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* MRICS or FRICS chartered status.
* Degree in Rural or relevant Estate Management.
* Strong experience in rural or general practice estate management.
Desirable:
* RICS Registered Valuer status.
* FAAV membership.
* Familiarity with GIS and MS Office.
* Understanding of sustainable forest management.
