We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This position is primarily focused on answering phone calls, handling customer inquiries, and organizing incoming orders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering and Directing Calls:
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, providing friendly and professional assistance to customers.
Direct calls to appropriate team members when necessary.
* Order Management:
Take orders from the website follow system to get them ordered from suppliers and shipped to customers.
Pick and pack orders ready to send.
Track order status and update customers as needed regarding any changes or delays.
* Data Entry & Record Keeping:
Accurately input customer orders and contact information into the database or order management system.
* Coordination & Communication:
Collaborate with other team members, including sales and Production, to ensure the smooth processing and delivery of orders.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and any changes to service.
* General Office Support:
Assist with other administrative duties as needed, such as filing, scheduling, and organizing office tasks.
Basic understanding of Accounts, Chasing money and sending statements.
What we're looking for:

· Proficiency in Microsoft office
· Experience with managing stock
· Excellent communication skills
· Able to work independently and with a team.
