Production Operative – Job Vacancy
The successful candidate will:
· Learn the responsibilities for a vital part of the company, manage people, processes and systems.
· Learn how to plan, co-ordinate and monitor the quality of goods.
· Ensure that products produced are to the highest quality
· Learn to use mechanical handling equipment efficiently and complying with the company's health and safety policies.
· Maintain standards of health and safety, organisation and cleanliness.
· Communicate with team members to ensure good co-ordination.
· Ability to undertake manual labour (lifting and moving).
The successful candidate will need:
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Good Maths (grade C GCSE or above).
· Be polite, enthusiastic, tidy, punctual and modest.
· The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Monday to Thursday 07.00 to mins for Lunch. Friday OFF
