Assist in preparing cost estimates and quotations for new and existing projects. Analyse supplier quotations and lead times to support accurate production planning. Liaise with internal teams across engineering, production, and quality to gather information and ensure alignment on project requirements. Use Excel to compile and analyse data, track material costs, and support ongoing forecasting and reporting. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier information, and project documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain and planning functions. Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (essential). Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
