Learning Support Lead- Water Recycling Location:

Field-based across the Anglian Water region, with Corby as a primary base. Regular travel to sites within the region is required. Learning Support Lead to join our Water Recycling Services team and play a key role in shaping the future of our front-line operational workforce. This is a unique opportunity to lead learning support initiatives, embed best practices, and champion continuous improvement across our operational teams. Based at our state-of-the-art training rig in Corby and in the field, you’ll help ensure Anglian Water remains an industry leader in Health & Safety and operational performance. What You’ll Be Doing - Key Responsibilities Learning & Development Design and deliver core training and competency programmes. Facilitate hands-on learning and coaching for front-line teams. Embed best practices and support digital training compliance. Innovation & Technology Use data insights to improve training and performance. Lead software rollouts and ensure confident platform use. Review training outcomes to drive continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with internal teams, regulators, and suppliers. Report on training compliance and present development strategies. Health & Safety Champion a zero-accident culture and ensure H&S compliance. What We’re Looking For Strong background in operational training, coaching, or learning & development. Experience in water recycling or a similar technical/field-based environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Passion for safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Why Join Us?
