Job Description
3. Full production of management accounts and financial reporting
4. Daily cashflow management for the group
5. Managing, developing, and unifying an experienced finance team
6. Leading improvements in reporting processes, automation, and system efficiencies
7. Supporting the wider business with financial insight, cash management, and decision support
8. Playing a part in the review and potential upgrade of finance systems
9. Working with a hands-on leadership team to enhance collaboration within the department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
10. A strong background in accounting and finance.
11. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (or equivalent).
12. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
13. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
14. An organised and detail-oriented approach to work.
15. Proven experience in managing financial operations and reporting.
