As a Payment Operations Specialist within EMEA Payments Operations Team, you will support the timely settlement of payments for our global clients. You will work in a dynamic environment, managing transaction activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job responsibilities:
* Monitors transaction activity and controls settlement timeframes for fund transfers.
* Repairs payment transactions to ensure accuracy.
* Verifies transactions to meet compliance standards.
* Processes manual instructions for global currencies.
* Reviews, researches, and processes incoming funds transfers, ensuring accurate client account crediting or returning funds to the remitting bank.
* Leads or contributes to operational improvement initiatives and projects as directed by the Operations Manager.
* Supports incident management and remediation as required.

* Previous experience in an operational, financial services, or customer services environment.
