We currently have a 28-hour Band 3 vacancy within Borders Sexual Health services.
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team.
The post holder will be based at Galashiels health centre and will work across other NHS Borders sites where peripheral clinics are held. Responsibilities include managing reception duties such as answering phones, managing appointments, greeting and checking in patients, and creating/sending clinical letters and referrals. The role also involves assisting nursing and medical staff during procedures, cleaning clinical rooms and equipment, and managing stock supplies.
We are a small, supportive team offering fortnightly education sessions.
Applicants must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle, as travel is essential. A genuine interest in sexual health and contraception, along with respect for patient confidentiality, are vital.
