Reliability Engineer – Corporate Asset Management

Role Overview

Key accountabilities include:

* Support the in‑house rollout and operation of the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) across the corporation
* Apply reliability engineering principles to understand equipment failure modes, causes, and effects
* Design, influence, and refine maintenance strategies using performance and failure data
* Act as a subject‑matter champion for modern maintenance philosophy across teams and stakeholders


Position Requirements

Our ideal candidates possess the technical skills required for Reliability Engineering. Their technical background and professional experience in reliability engineering will form the foundation of their role within our team.


Required Qualifications and Skills

* Strong experience in reliability engineering and maintenance strategy development
* Proven ability to analyse large volumes of failure and maintenance data
* Experience with root‑cause analysis and data‑driven problem solving
* Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as Excel and/or SQL
