About the role
Daily, you'll be making coffee quickly while engaging with our customers. This role is fast-paced from open to close, but don’t worry — we provide comprehensive training and development to equip you with the skills to deliver the perfect cup of coffee every time.
Responsibilities include:
* Crafting excellent coffee and getting to know our customers by name.
* Serving customers with a smile to ensure they leave happy and eager to return.
* Learning about all Costa products, beyond just coffee.
* Maintaining health & safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
* Engaging with team members and customers to build a fun environment and enhance the store’s reputation as the best place to visit.

About us
Founded in 2005 by Simon and Tracy Vardy in Altrincham, Sim Trava opened its first store in Northwich, Cheshire, on October 17th of that year. Our initial goal was to open 5 stores in 5 years, which we achieved ahead of schedule. By 2010, we had 10 stores in the Cheshire/Manchester area.
In 2021, we celebrated our 40th store opening in Fallowfield, Manchester. We then became the first franchise to purchase existing stores from equity, acquiring 17 stores across Preston, Blackpool, and Southport, bringing our total to 57 stores.
