Salary: £50,000 + £3000 Annual Bonus

Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Health & Safety Manager to join our clients team in Medway. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of health and safety strategy, compliance, and culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain health & safety policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure a safe working environment.
Deliver training and guidance to staff on health & safety best practices.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement and promote a positive safety culture.Requirements
Proven experience in a Health & Safety management role.
Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
