We are looking for a administrator to join us help support the service team.
We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our at office in Daventry.
This is a varied and very demanding role, yet highly rewarding in which you need to use your initiative and demonstrate strong admin skills. You will also need to possess good communication skills and be assertive and confident, able to take control of situations and find solutions.
Location: Office based
Hours: 08:00 – 16:30 (Monday – Thursday) 08:00 – 14:30 (Friday)
This may differ slightly depending on the needs of the business, and you may be required to do some overtime if required from time to time
Main Duties:
* First point of contact for customers & engineers.
* Answering phones
* Responding in a timely manner to emails
* Booking Service in
* Arranging Courier Collections & shipping
* Dealing with Couriers
* Generating calibration certificates
* Scanning documents and various other admin duties.
This role will require the post holder to have excellent computer and customer service skills, knowledge of Sage would be very advantageous. Along with the ability to manage their time accordingly.
