Teaching Assistant Location: Leicestershire (LE8) Pay: £103 - £110 per day Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm Start Date: Asap Contract: Long term to permanent About the Role Long Term Futures is working with a small, specialist SEMH school in the LE8 area to recruit a Teaching Assistant. The school supports pupils who have found mainstream education challenging, offering a calm, structured and nurturing environment with very small class sizes and high levels of support. Pupils follow a personalised curriculum that blends academic learning with outdoor activities and wellbeing focused sessions. Strong relationships, clear routines and consistency are central to helping pupils regulate emotions, build confidence and re-engage with learning.
