At Steer Automotive Group, we’re more than just repair specialists we’re shaping the future of vehicle care. We're looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Call Handler to join our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) Team in Doncaster. What You’ll Be Doing As the first point of contact after an accident, you'll guide our customers through a stressful moment with empathy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: Taking inbound calls from customers reporting accidents or vehicle damage Logging details accurately and efficiently into our claims system Keeping customers informed and supported throughout the claims journey Liaising with insurers, repair teams, and internal departments Managing your workload while meeting team performance targets What We’re Looking For You don’t need to be a car expert just someone who genuinely cares about helping people and providing great service. You’ll be a great fit if you: Communicate clearly and confidently by phone and email Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Solve problems with empathy and initiative Have strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset Bring previous experience in customer service (insurance or automotive is a bonus) Why Join Steer?
