Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting finite element analysis (FEA) to assess structural integrity, with a focus on interior components
* Ensuring compliance with Part 21 regulations within the aerospace industry
* Developing and validating stress models to predict performance under various conditions
* Collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to optimise structural performance
* Producing detailed technical reports and documentation
* Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers (for senior roles)
* Participating in design reviews and presenting findings to stakeholders
* Continuously improving analysis methodologies and tools
Job Requirements:
* Experience in stress engineering, ideally within the aerospace sector
* Proficiency in finite element analysis (FEA)
* Familiarity with Part 21 regulations
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Relevant degree in engineering or a related field
