We're looking for an experienced Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) Lead to join Dalkia Engineering and play a key role in driving technical excellence across a range of projects. This is a leadership position within our growing MMC function, where you'll help shape strategy, support project delivery, and lead innovation across the region.

What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and managing a regional MMC team, including Senior Engineers and trainees
* Overseeing the delivery of MMC strategy, processes, and governance across multiple projects
* Supporting both pre-construction and live project delivery with MMC expertise
* Embedding MMC solutions into project design, cost plans, programmes, and logistics
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders (bid, commercial, operational teams) and external partners (clients, consultants, supply chain)
* Driving innovation, standardisation, and digital integration across the MMC function
* Leading training and development for MMC engineers and wider project teams
* Supporting resource planning, reporting, and delivery performance across the region
What You'll Need to Bring
* Strong experience in Building Services engineering and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC)
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage multi-project delivery
* Experience delivering projects within the £5M–£50M MEP range
* A collaborative approach with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
* Background across sectors such as healthcare, commercial, education, MOD/MOJ, or leisure (desirable)
* Relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree/NVQ or equivalent)
