Overview
ROLE PURPOSE: Leadership of an end-to-end R&D team & programme for a core segment. Leads a team of developers, responsible for strategy, innovation pipeline & delivery (concept to production) of R&D programmes (NPD, EPD, F4G) in Nomad factories and selected copackers within budget & timescales. Acts as an influential business partner with senior colleagues in Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain & Procurement.
BUSINESS IMPACT: Shapes & leads strategy development within MWBs & drives the R&D work programme to ensure a validated pipeline that supports growth & renovation targets. Maintains and grows existing portfolio, ensuring efficient implementation of product & process changes, complying with policies & procedures. Promotes consumer-led design, manufacturability, and superior products. Identifies and implements cost savings, simplification, and quality improvements. Ensures safe and hygienic working conditions within factory teams.
