About The Role
Days of Working: Variable across the week
Responsibilities
* Ensure excellent customer service is shown to all passengers
* Promptly answers the Phone in a friendly and courteous manner
* Ensure Host Desk is manned at all times and arrange cover when required
* Ensure all Electric Mobility Aids (EMA) are tagged prior to going airside
The ideal candidate
* Must have Right to Work in the UK
* You will be required to pass pre-employment screening, including 5 years of employee reference checking
* Previous customer service / reception experience is essential
* Experience using IT programmes such as Microsoft Outlook and Office programmes
