Job Description:
Trade Recruit is working on behalf of our client, Stomp Resins Ltd, a growing specialist contractor in resin flooring. We are currently seeking an Experienced Resin Floor Layer to join their nationwide team. This role offers consistent work, exposure to a wide range of commercial and industrial projects, and the opportunity to work with a specialist contractor at the forefront of resin flooring solutions.
The Role
As an Experienced Resin Floor Layer, you will work across commercial, industrial, and specialist sites, delivering high-quality resin flooring installations. You will be responsible for applying coatings and resin systems, ensuring all work is completed to project specifications, and supporting the overall success of each project. This role involves UK-wide travel and occasional overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities
Install a variety of resin flooring systems, including coatings, PU, and MMA
Prepare and assess substrates to ensure surfaces are ready for installation
Mix and apply materials safely and accurately, following specifications
Maintain a high standard of quality and finish across all projects
Work collaboratively with site teams to deliver projects on time
Ensure all tools, kits, and equipment are clean, organised, and maintained
Always follow strict health & safety standards
Travel nationwide and occasionally work weekends when project demands require
Requirements
Proven experience installing resin flooring systems
Competent in coatings, PU, and MMA applications
Valid CSCS card
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel across the UK, including overnight stays
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Pay / Rate
Self-Employed (SE): £150 £220 per day
Permanent PAYE: £30,000 £42,000 per annum
Travel and overnight allowances provided for UK-wide projects
