We're now hiring a Transport Manager to guide our transport operations at Orangebox, a key contract delivering innovative office furniture solutions. In this role, you'll guide a high-performing team, drive compliance, and ensure operational excellence across our transport network.
Responsibilities
* Take the Lead: Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers
* Innovate & Optimise: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success. Your ideas will help us stay ahead of the curve!
* Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
* Team Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best
* Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Your analytical skills will help us deliver excellence every day!
Requirements
* Can lead from the front, winning hearts and minds and providing coaching and mentorship
* Hold an International CPC Qualification (essential)
* Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when needed
