The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting teachers in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons
* Working with small groups and individual pupils to provide targeted support
* Assisting in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Developing core teaching skills such as behaviour management and differentiation

About You

Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
