You’ll be paid a salary of up to £48,000 per annum, you’ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance. What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Manage all site services including maintenance, security, cleaning, utilities and space planning
* Ensure compliance with legal, environmental and health & safety regulations
* Oversee contractor control, permits to work and emergency procedures
* Project manage refurbishments, renovations and office moves
* Maintain records for inspections, tests and repairs to meet compliance standards
* Control departmental budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions
* Chair site meetings and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Experience in a facilities/maintenance management role
* Technical knowledge of hard and soft building services
* Strong understanding of QSHE and security practices
* Experience managing third-party contracts and KPIs
* RQF Level 3, IWFM Certificate and IOSH Managing Safely (essential)
* 18th Edition Wiring and foundation degree in engineering (advantageous)
* Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage budgets and deliver operational improvements
