We are a market‑leading company where people genuinely matter. We are looking for a Senior Sales Support to assist a field‑based manager and support key accounts across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support to a field‑based manager, including diary coordination and managing their email inbox.
- Work closely with high‑profile customers.
- Quote customers, advise on stock levels, give product advice and suggest product ideas.
- Deal with inbound and outbound calls to existing customers.
- liaise directly with suppliers in the UK and overseas to gain pricing information.
- liaise with customers and other internal departments regarding any issues with customer orders.
- Review and update customers’ websites to include the product range.
- Analyze spreadsheets to monitor spend and product trends.
Qualifications
- Previous strong experience in a similar support‑based role such as Sales Support, Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Internal Sales, or Account Manager, or other phone‑based B2B customer service.
- Experience supporting a field‑based consultant/manager is desirable.
- A commercially minded PA from a fast‑paced commercial business is attractive.
- Comfortable working with Word, Excel and email.
- Proactive and takes ownership.
- Upbeat and outgoing character with a strong team focus and the ability to build relationships.
Benefits
A salary of £30,000, rising to £31,000 after 6 months’ probation.
