The Boeing Company is seeking an experienced F-15 Mission Systems Communications and Datalink Integration Engineer to join the F-15 Mission Systems Team in Berkeley, MO. This role supports Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) and involves designing, developing, lab testing, and flight testing communication and datalink capabilities on the F-15 platform.
The engineer will develop and document electronic and electrical system requirements, work with a cross-functional agile team, and support both USAF and Foreign Military Sales programs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for coordinating activities across multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating hardware-software integration efforts in an Agile environment
* Developing and documenting system requirements with customers and aircrew
* Analyzing customer requests and translating them into system requirements
* Participating in lab tests and supporting flight test events
* Resolving product integration issues during production and field deployment
* Communicating effectively across teams and leadership
This position is expected to be 100% onsite at one of the listed locations. The candidate must be able to obtain an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
* Level 4: 9+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s, 7+ with a Master’s, or 3+ with a PhD
Preferred Skills:
* Advanced degree in relevant fields
* Experience with electronic system design, MIL-STD-6016, Link-16, Mission Planning, radio waveforms, and related tools like DOORS, ClearQuest, Jira
* Experience in military aircraft mission systems and agile teams

* Salary Range: $119,850 - $162,150
