We are looking to expand our team and are on the lookout for a Recruitment Administrator who is motivated, resilient, and ready to take on a rewarding career path. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join a busy and successful team. This role combines resourcing support with general office administrative support to ensure smooth operations across both talent acquisition and office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
* Maintain and update the CRM inline with GDPR guidelines and company privacy policy.
* Help coordinate onboarding for new hires specifically for contract roles.
* Supporting the team on the recruitment process including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, arranging interviews and candidate onboarding.
* Searching via CRM, LinkedIn and other job boards.
* Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events.
* Screen applications and schedule interviews as and when needed.
* General admin - formatting CVs and sending across agency TOBs.
Office Support:
* Provide general administrative support to the Directors and Consultants.
* Order office supplies and support facilities management - communication with building manager for any building issues.
* Help coordinate internal meetings, events, and calendars.
* Assist with travel arrangements and expense processing.
* Support accountants as and when needed with financials.
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working in a fast paced environment.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
* Professional and confident in speaking to Hiring Managers and candidates.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other digital tools including google drive.
* Experience with ATS or LinkedIn would be beneficial.
* Friendly, professional, and discreet, with a can-do attitude.
